Hello and welcome!
It's me, Laura, 20 and from Austria.
I’m a self-proclaimed
foodie, adventurer, city lover, Harry Potter fanatic and wannabe vegan
culinarian. I love to laugh, dance, cook (and eat), travel and enjoy life. If
you like cold weather, breakfast all day long and Avocados we will probably get
along!
With this
blog I’m excited to take you along on my adventure abroad as an Erasmus
student in Manchester. I started this blog because I wanted to create my own personal spot online to keep my friends and family updated, share my highs and
(hopefully just few) lows and simply have a little place to collect all my
memories and experiences of the next few months.
I can’t
really tell you what to expect as I don’t even know myself what the next months
will bring. But I can definitely promise you cheesy tourist photos of me posing
in front of pretty views and pictures of good food (because who doesn’t love
that?).
If you want
to stick around and follow in my footsteps as I explore Manchester and all its
diversity you’re more than welcome to.
